This 3 bedroom, 3 bath ranch style home with walkout basement to the channel has four queen beds available for your vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for grilling out, making gourmet meals, or whipping up some cookies just before bedtime. Conveniently located on the Castle Rock Lake channel with nearby boat launch at the Castle Rock County Park.  Fully stocked kitchen makes this rental a food lovers dream.  Expansive rec room allows everyone to spread out and have fun with the 75" TV, arcade games, and more.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
